Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?

Air Cargo: 5–12 business days
Sea Freight: 25–45 days depending on the shipment schedule and port clearance.

Q: Can you deliver outside Accra?

A: Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Ghana — from Kumasi and Takoradi to Tamale and other regions.

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Yes, we provide tracking updates at every major step. You’ll be notified when your goods are in transit and out for delivery.

Q: Do I need to clear customs myself?

A: No. We handle all customs clearance, duties, and paperwork for you.

Q: How do you charge for your service?

A: We provide a transparent, all-inclusive quote that covers product cost, shipping, customs fees, and delivery. No hidden charges.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and other secure methods. Details will be provided with your invoice.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

A: There’s no strict minimum, but air cargo is ideal for smaller items, and sea freight is more cost-effective for bulk orders or heavy goods.

Orders & Support

Q: What happens if my goods are damaged or don’t arrive?

A: We inspect products before shipping and work only with trusted suppliers. If issues arise, we’ll work to resolve them directly and ensure you’re taken care of.

Q: Can I cancel an order after payment?

A: Orders can’t be canceled once the product has been purchased from the supplier. However, we’ll work with you if changes are needed before that point.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Refunds are case-by-case and depend on the supplier’s policy. If a supplier offers a refund, we’ll process it for you promptly.
